According to Oates (1975:375), von Brandenstein says this is a locational name not a language name. MURA describes a few sections of Daisy Bates' manuscripts as being on the Madoidja language, but this requires verification. Tindale (1974 : 246) treats Konin A35 as an alternative name of Madoitja (A41).
