Nicholas Evans is researching Iwaidja and other endangered languages of Cobourg Peninsula with funding from DOBES (2007). In addition to recordings in the AIATSIS collection, there are recordings available through the DOBES website. The 2008 Iwaidja Inyman publication 'Kindi ngamin nuwung? What do I call you?' is one of a series of guides to the language and culture of the Iwaidja-speaking people of north-western Arnhem Land. It comes with an audio recording of all the words and dialogues in the book.
