The Yolngu Matha Dictionary describes daygurrgurr as a clan name, see dhuwala N199 and gupapuyngu N122.1.
Daygurrgurr is affiliated with Gupapuyngu N122.1 (Wilkinson 1991:13 and Schebeck, 2001:89). Dhaygurrgurr is named Dhawurrwurr and Dhayurrurr by different language groups (Schebeck, 2001:89).
Tindale (1974) lists Dajoror (N96) as an alternative name of Kupapuingu N122.1.
