Comments:

The data for Yinwum language and people are scarce. McConnel mentions the Yinwum and Nyuwathayi Y21 of the middle and upper Batavia River, who assembled at the McDonnell Telegraph Station with the Itinadyana Y17, Yaraidyana Y231, Lɔ.tiga Y12 and Tepiti Y15 peoples (1939:57). The Yinwum also met with the Tɔtj Y37 and the (M)beiwum Y41 on York Downs cattle station (McConnel, 1939:58). Hale incorporates language data from Yinwum into his discussion about phonological developments of some northern Paman languages (1976:7-40).
