The online Yolngu Matha dictionary describes buwarrpuwarr (N217) as a clan. Buwarrpuwarr is affiliated with Ritharrngu N104. Wilkinson agrees with this description (1991:13); Heath (1980:2) says that Buwarpuwar (N217) and Mini?giri N218 are sub-groups of Bunana?ini N123 mat?a. For Yolngu languages see also Yolnu Matha N230.
