Comments: 
Oates (1975:369) says that Stanner's unidentified vocabulary is all that is known about this language. Stanner (1979) makes reference to a number of 'language groups'. Among them is one called Maritjamiri, which might be a variant of Meritjamui. Given the lack of evidence, however, Meritjamui is not included as a language heading in the Thesaurus.
