Comments:
Mariung is probably another name for Miriwoong K29. It was merged with Miriwoong in ILDB, and the Thesaurus has a heading for Mariung people (K38) but no equivalent language heading. According to Capell (1963:K14), this name was referred to by RHM and D.S. Davidson but no linguistic information is available. Based on the information available, Mariung is unlikely to be a distinct language name. Accordingly it is not included as a distinct language heading in the Thesaurus.
