Enter your search term in the free text box. This could be the name of a person or place, or the name of a collection you have found in the Mura® catalogue. Search for an exact phrase by wrapping your search term in quotation marks, for example “Wallaga Lake, N.S.W.” If you do not get any results, try a different spelling or a new term.
Once you have made a search, facets will appear to the left under the headings Creator, Place and Access rights. The number of matching records is shown in the brackets next to each facet. You can further refine your search using these.
Check the grey tick next to an image to add it to your selection. Use the Selected images option from the Photographic menu (at the top of your screen) to view your selection, and to create PDFs of the images and associated captions.
This will take you to the full item record and image if available.
