Comments:
Rigsby (2005 p.c.) says there appear to be two languages that go by the name Ayapathu: Ayapathu Y60 and Western Ayapathu. Western Ayapathu only recently became known; it is closely related to Ayapakanh Y64. Verstraete and Rigsby (2015:2) report the location of (Western) Ayapathu (Y181) as being to the south-west of Yintyingka Y236. They provide grammatical information and lexical items base on a wordlist by Hamilton (//www.oocities.org/athens/delphi/2970/ayapathu.htm>, viewed 10/12/2015) as well a 1997 manuscript entitled Ayapathu fieldnotes (neither of which is in the AIATSIS collection).
