Comment
Comments:
Tindale (1974) gives the location but no other comment or reference. Horton treats it as an alternative of Kunjen Y83. The location certainly matches. Sommer (2006) mentions the name Koko Mirandang as the Kok Kaber Y85 name for Oykangand Y101 (a dialect of Kunjen) of which Muragan could be a variant or mishearing (or vice versa). However, with no language data for Muragan, it is impossible to verify this. Given the lack of evidence, and the possibility of it being an alternative name for another language, Muragan is listed as Unconfirmed.
