Comments:
In his grammar of the Innamincka dialect of Yandruwandha L18, Breen describes Ngananhina as a neighbouring language in his map, but indicates that the exact dialectal relationships are not clear. There is a time-related word in Yandruwandha based on the form ngananhinanhukada 'yesterday'. Similarly, Matja L47, (another neighbouring language) has the same form as a Yandruwandha word for 'long ago' (Breen, 2004: xvii, 2). See also Nhirrpi L46; Parlpamardramardra L45; Yawarrawarrka L23
